Safety of all our passengers is our first priority, upon boarding our boats you will be briefed about our boats safety equipment and how to use it in the unlikely event of an emergency.
We advise all customers to listen to your experienced guide to ensure a safe day out on the water, you will be briefed on the correct use of your fishing tackle.
As you will be in the Northern Territory and the Australian sun can be harsh, we advise all passengers to bring a wide-brimmed hat and sunscreen to avoid the affects of the sun. Our boat is in current Northern Territory transport requirements and are fully equipped with all required safety equipment.
A 20% deposit of the total booking value is required to confirm all bookings. Final Payment is required 14 days prior to tour for day tours and 30 days for extended trips. Full payment is required at time of booking for all bookings made inside 30 days of tour.
Cancellations must be made in writing and can be via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). No cancellation will be accepted unless received in writing.
Airfares and airport taxes, any costs incurred getting to and from your destination, alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, items of a personal nature, any damage to accommodation caused by clients, and any personal services not outlined in our information section of this website.
Tackle is on a replace if lost basis. We understand there are unavoidable losses with lures and broken rods, you are not required to replace these. Where lures are lost and rods broken where it can be avoided and by not listening to your guide, you will be charged for these. Any tackle lost overboard is to be replaced by the client.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance, with your preferred insurance company. It is important that you ensure this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfare(s) and accommodation, in case your trip is canceled due to unforeseen weather conditions.
